AmIOWedMoney.com ("Service") is a private service that aggregates publicly available unclaimed property records from all 50 US state databases. We help users search for potential unclaimed property matches and, depending on the subscription plan, provide filing assistance and ongoing monitoring.

We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with any state or federal government entity. We do not provide legal advice. Results displayed are "potential matches" based on name matching and do not guarantee that any property belongs to you.

2. Free Search

Our basic search is free and requires no account or payment. Free searches show potential matches with limited information (state, property type, holder name). Amounts and property IDs are not displayed on the free tier.

4. Subscription Terms

The Get Your Money plan is a recurring monthly subscription at $4.99/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If we find no verified matches for your name within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund your payment in full. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are not available after 30 days, or if verified matches were found and details were provided.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Search results are based on publicly available data and name matching. We cannot guarantee:

• That any match actually belongs to you (common names may produce false positives)
• The accuracy of amounts displayed (amounts may have changed since last reported)
• That all unclaimed property in your name will be found (some states have limited data availability)
• Specific timeframes for claim processing (this varies by state)

7. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when searching or creating an account
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our Service
• Not impersonate another person or file fraudulent claims
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

AmIOWedMoney.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on AmIOWedMoney.com is owned by us and protected by copyright. The unclaimed property data itself is public record and not our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
